Beautiful picture! I read the book, and I liked it.......I mean: it could be better, some "gaps", but kept me interested enough...something like when you just want to "do nothing" and read a magazine.
To think you can walk this glorious place any day you please. I'm so envious :) I sent my daughter all over Europe at 16 with her teacher. She saw it all for me :)
I think I may be one of, like, 18 people in the world that hasn't read the book or seen the movie. Quite honestly I'm quite content being in the dark on this one...

How pretty at night! We were there, on our honeymoon--I think, when they were building the pyramid part ('87). It was interesting to see the process.
