Walk down virtually any street in Central Paris and you'll find an incredible array of shops of every description. Most boast imaginative window displays, showcasing the talent of innovative local designers and artists.
Next door to the florist, its window filled with white peonies, orchids, seagrasses and unusual sea shells...
...one can buy a pale pink motor scooter for two with enough power to pull a matching camper, known as The Pod. The trailer provides sleeping facilities for two adults and a child, as well as luggage and assorted camping supplies.
If you need new clothes, the choices are endless. If you prefer romantic florals, delicate lace and long and flowing dresses and skirts, this store may be just the ticket. Hats and vintage jewelry - both real and reproduction - complete the retro look.

Beautiful flowers in the window. That scooter brought back memories of my childhood where my Dad would have all 5 of us on that scooter, aka Vespa. We didn't have any seat belt law in VN. And I don't think they do even today.

The pod looks interesting but i wouldn't mind the experience, as for the clothes they are so "me", my kind of clothes. I am craving a vacation right now in Paris. I've been to Italy, but Paris seems a bit more alluring

wonderful!
i love the scooter. i've always thought it'd be so much fun zipping through town in one of those, very amelie-like. except paris traffic is dreadful and i wouldn't want to be navigating through its lawless streets. perhaps a small provencial village would be more appropriate. :)
the last shop window - i would definitely enter. i love shops that are just overflowing with exquisite items that your eyes aren't sure of where to focus!

I have been ensconced in my work, in my home all the live long day, and seeing these windows makes it impossible for me to stay a moment longer. I must go to McKinney, where I will find a little frenzy, a little whimzy, a little crazy, a little clever, a little old, a little older. Here I go... heading for the door...

Tara: I dreamed I bought this beautiful frilly thing (out of line with me) and pranced around a resort in it! Now I remember why! Thanks for planting subliminal messages! hehe.

Hey! I just saw some of those little pod campers on a show on tv about rv's. People decorate them all different crazy ways. It's like a cult camping club! hehe. I think it would be fun to have one.
