Typepad comments
In the past few days some readers may have encountered problems trying to leave comments on Typepad blogs. According to Typepad's technical support staff, a recent and aggressive anti-spam effort has resulted in some IP addresses - including my own - being blocked as suspected spam.
This means that I can't respond to readers who leave comments on Paris Parfait - other than through e-mail - nor can I comment on any other Typepad blog. On Friday, Typepad assured me they were working to resolve these issues. Meanwhile, thanks for your patience and thank you for reading!

Yes, I've been encountering the same thing as Marilyn, every Typepad blog requires I enter the code, but it will let me post after that. Hope they get it straightened out for you soon. Wishing you and your family a very happy New Year, Tara!! XOXO

re the comments...interesting...I haven't had that problem. I did notice that I had to enter a code to show I wasn't spam...but that often happens, so I thought nothing of it. (Although it did seem to happen on EVERY TypePad blog...I just assumed everyone had decided to add that piece as a way to fight spam.) ;) Once the code was entered, my comments posted just fine. Happy New Year to you and yours!
