I've previously written about this painting "Evening shadows," by the Taos Pueblo artist Gary Lujan, known as Land Eagle. The painting was used as the back cover illustration for the European edition of The Earth Shall Weep by James Wilson, a history of Native Americans. I am fortunate to own the original painting.
Now Gary Lujan has started a blog, sharing his unique art, as well as photographs and stories about his life in Taos, New Mexico. His recent posts have great photos of the Taos Pueblo, as well as the current heavy snowfall. Won't you stop by Taos Pueblo Fine Art and say hello?

Wow! Beautiful. I believe I have seen another print he did in someone's office. I will have to check it out to confirm the next time I am around.
Thanks for the link.

Thanks for the link Tara. Though I might not buy a painting it looks like a great place to armchairtravel.
