This must be my lucky week! I won three prizes in Lisa's One World One Heart giveaway! At Alchemical Notes I won Kelli's fabulous quiltie and at Beadfluff, Mary's lovely green bracelet. Continuing with the spring green theme, I won a Green Mountain Fairy ATC, along with gorgeous earrings made of chrysophrase, turquoise and pearl from Elizabeth at Be...Dream...Play! I'm having the goodies sent to my daughter's address in Savannah - it is hoped she'll be persuaded to hand them over, next time I see her.
In today's post, I received a wonderful surprise cadeau from a certain poetic friend. And I had confirmation by email that a computer company has settled my claim, but mistakenly sent the cheque to my old address in London. So they'll be issuing a new cheque, which it is hoped will actually reach me.

OK I'm back from Paris and as usual loved every minute of it. My computer loved it even more as it took on a French nationality for a few days so I haven't been commenting much. Caught up today on your blog at last. We in the UK are supposedly pulling out of Iraq but it seems a long drawn out affair. George Bush has lost the plot is he now sees Fauchon as a threat!

ooh, chrysophrase, a wonderful crystal! I adore those chocolate easter bells, I have never seen them before. Here we have eggs & bunnies and also chocolate bilbies(an australian marsupial) - gotta love the aussies :)
