Raku ceramics by Rob Whelpton at the Devon Guild of Craftsmen at the Riverside Mill in Bovey Tracey, England.
I like the "Alice in Wonderland" whimsy of these bottles and vessels. Alas, I don't know the name of the artist who produced them.
These felt pieces by Liz Clay made me smile. The little pointy hats adorned with colourful beads or pearls look as though they belong in Vanessa Valencia's paintings.
Paul Khosla's bowl carved from burr oak came home with us.

Oh my goodnes!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love and adore the pointy hats!! I mean adore them to pieces!!!! And those jars, and and and, all of it really. You wouls have never been able to get me outta there!!! xxoxoxo

For some reason, I've had a tough time accessing your site this week. I think the problem was on my end......but now.....I'm back enjoying your writing and your photos.
I love the ceramics.....reminds me a bit of Nick Park's whimsy a la Wallace and Grommit.
And the bowl is beautiful.

Tara, the Khosla bowl is gorgeous. No wonder you brought it home. I can imagine the wood coming alive beneath your fingertips as you held it.
