Hot chocolate or mulled spiced wine is sold at this booth in a Christmas market in our neighbourhood.
Pere Noel bonnets are sold from this stall.
Lighted paper lanterns at the Christmas market.
Shoppers stroll through the annual Christmas market.
Trees along both sides of the street are strung with lights, echoing those on the Champs Elysees.
Starbursts of red adorn rue Jean-Baptiste Clement.

I want to live there! So lovely. Thanks for sharing.

So beautiful and inviting. Thanks for sharing all year long and for being so supportive. Hope your new year not only brings delight to you and yours but attention and resolution to some of the issues you have brought from the tip of your remarkable pen to my attention. (heart) leau

How lovely all the lights look against the night sky. Isn't Christmas a state of mind, of joy, and not a day. I always think so. It is so much fun to walk the streets where you live with you!

I've seen a lot of those Santa Claus caps around -- it seems to be the thing for kids to wear them to school on the last day before "les vacances scolaires." Certainly I saw nothing like here a decade back...
