Chicago artist Jill Dryer created this poster.
Dryer considers that the three circles are symbols of hope: blue for the Democratic Party, red for the Republican Party and purple, representing the unity of both parties.
The seven doves are signs of peace and hope.
The Obama poster is available at the stand4change Etsy shop here.
Proceeds will go to the Barack Obama presidential campaign.

Thanks so much for featuring my poster! GOBAMA!!

An exciting poster for an exciting young candidate! How I hope all these ideals can unite and start to bring our country back on track.

I'm off to caucus in a few hours ... I think Barack Obama is the best person for the job & hope that my fellow Dems feel the same way. However, no matter who ends up with the Democatic nomination, we need to back that person and put this country back on track. Lovely poster, xx, JP/deb

Hi Tara...
The first year I moved over to England... I was only here for about six weeks... and I stayed up all night to watch the Democratic National Convention on TV. I heard Obama speak and, truly, I got all teary. (I don't tear up easily). The next morning I told my husband, "You should have heard this guy, Obama... I hope to God he runs for President some day."
I can hardly believe that it's happening.
I will support either Clinton or Obama when the time comes, but I'm really pissed at Clinton for her vote on the Iraq war and her vote on Iran as well.
But I digress. Right now I'm pulling for Obama and if he gets the nomination I will go nuts. You'll hear me yelling from here to Paris.

What a great idea! A beautiful poster. I'm another expat who supports Obama! I ran across your blog while doing a search on Liberty and Co.'s furniture (I really enjoyed the photos you posted, by the way). Have a good weekend!
