Unexpected glimpse of new horizons, Paris.
An abstract window offers surprising views.
Just in case... a bike with an extra tire on Avenue Jean-Baptiste Clement.
And a British-owned restaurant at the Left Bank hotel where Oscar Wilde died has won a much-coveted Michelin star.

Do you think the gent is waiting for for the front to go flat as the back tire? Funny.

We have a popular night club/restaurant in Toronto called the Left Bank...very hip indeed! It is aptly named.
I love the photos!! Hope you are well!
Oscar Wilde, one of my all time faves. The Fisherman & The Mermaid comes to mind.
Sending love to your fabulous city that holds fabulous YOU!!!

Oh remembrances of the bad ole days when I got to travel around Europe on an expense account as a shoe designer and I got to stay at the lovely L'Hotel...
I particularly remember the book on the bedside table was really a secret radio! :)

Oscar Wilde's final words were 'My wall paper and I are in a battle to the death, one or the other must go'. Wonder if the Restaurant/Hotel changed the wallpaper afterwards?

Just checking in, Tara. The blossoms and the bridge reflect such promise of spring days to come. Thank you, K.
