Tara, What finds!!!! I collect vintage purses, so I have a special appreciation for the one you found. Just beautiful and the Jug is extraordinary, my gosh, what fun to have found this object of lovely art and you were able to bring it home to enjoy even more. Snowing in Iowa....winter...well, it just doesn't want to end.

Madeline

wow! that jug is stunning.

My Castle in Spain

What an exquisite jug Tara and the illustration is just so delicate.
I trust you must love the Ile Saint-Louis, such a special atmosphere there.
Enjoy the city and the window-shopping !

(ps: wonder if you find some of your pieces at auctions as well or you just go to brocantes and les Puces)

Both are exquisite, but I too have a thing for Art Nouveau. I have a couple of pewter pieces from Belgium. That green glass is gorgeous. Wow.
