On this longest day of the year, a pop band performs at an outdoor pavilion at Hopital Ambroise Pare. It is one of numerous sites around the city where music of all genres is performed live in the annual Fete de la Musique.
If you're in Paris, public transport will extend its hours to accommodate the Fete de la Musique crowds.
