My daughter Jordana and her friend Shannon - a photography major - pictured at The Ballastone Inn the day before graduation from the Savannah College of Art & Design.
Jordana wearing her graduation cap with an extra tassle denoting honours.
I am one very proud mom. Today (May 31st) Jordana graduated cum laude from the Savannah College of Art and Design. And Monday she's being flown for a fifth interview at a very exciting, innovative company. My mom, aunt and uncle came to Savannah this weekend to help celebrate. Then friends hosted a late lunch for Jordana, catered by Paula Dean's Lady & Sons restaurant.
It's been a long, emotional, happy day, so you'll forgive me for keeping this post short and sweet. Lots of photos of the graduate, as well as of this serendipitous journey to follow upon my return to Paris next week. Bon weekend!

Congratulations to your daughter and to you, the proud mama. How exciting for you both! The Savannah College of Art & Design has an excellent reputation and what a place to live while a student!
