Iron sculpture, Ile Saint-Louis, Paris.
Today on the Ile Saint-Louis, I saw this iron sculpture in an art gallery vitrine. My first thought was that the sculptural ladder could be made of locks and keys from six of John McCain's houses. Probably the artist had something else in mind, but all art is subjective, right? And these days, the American people are continually subjected to McCain's excuses for being unable to answer basic questions and understand world geography. Pretty pathetic, really. Rather like former New York Mayor Rudy Guiliani's political campaign "platform" of "Noun, verb, 9/11," as Joe Biden once commented.

I just wanted to tell you that I adore your new banner.

These are fascinating. I saw them as an extended chastity belt!
I couldn't agree with you (and Tangobaby) more!

"My first thought was that the sculptural ladder could be made of locks and keys from six of John McCain's houses." Oh, you got jokes! I love it!
What an amazing picture.

It boggles my mind... how can you not know, or chose to act dumb and not answer the question!! It's simple - be honest. It would take an hour or two for someone to find out the truth (Love the Internet!!) and post it all over the news - save yourself from looking like a bigger butt-hole, sir.
Gah!!

My biggest hope about Joe Biden is that he will continue to show the reality of McCain's out-of-touchness loudly, for everyone to see. Biden must keep saying the things that the Obama campaign has been to reticent to say.
I do hope that you didn't waste a perfectly good trip over there without stopping into Berthillon. (Amande, 1 scoop, please.)
