Art at Agape. Julie Isore's stand at Chatou is filled with unusual items of note.
Red letter day at Agape.
Vintage shelving to display a host of books and collectibles.
An old printer's cabinet is filled with curiosities at Geraldine Michaelis's stand Une Chanson Douce. Decorative ceiling tiles and old pharmacy bottles, as well as a ceramic jelly mould are displayed atop the cabinet.
A driftwood centerpiece adorns a table at Une Chanson Douce. A cadran d'horloge (faded metal clockface) and painted cabinet add to the ambience.
A vintage decorative oil can and a handmade wooden child's tractor. The 77th Foire Nationale aux Antiquites a la Brocante et aux Jambons continues from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily through Sunday, Oct. 5. Visit Agape and Une Chanson Douce on rue de la Gaite. If you can't get to Chatou in person, visit both dealers' websites and order online!

OK I climbed out from under the builders and their mess and I am ready to comment:)
I am so envious. I want to be there right now and to have one of those big ham sandwiches they do in the centre aisle.

I just love your blog. A friend had pointed me here last year for your review of Le Petit Châtelet, and I've recently just kept coming back because of your insight and your beautiful images!

Lovely! I could put those ceiling tiles to good use hanging on the wall in my house. Very pretty! You find the most amazing things to photograph Tara. Yours is one of my favorite sites on the web.

I love the red letters - and I'm glad I can see this post - I was worried yesterday that I was having a problem seeing your blog again - but I can see today's post, though the one below it, still only shows the title. I'm glad I could at least see this one!
Tara responds:
Perhaps you can't see posts that contain video? If you use Firefox, you should be able to see everything. With IE, I'm not sure. Sorry about that! Thanks for letting me know.
