French books, Sophie Pretalat's Anges et Demons, Cunault, France.
For the first time in years, I've been too busy to attend the Antiquities Brocante at Place de la Bastille. This is the last weekend for the twice-yearly event, that's always chock-full of delightful antiques and collectibles. Doors open at 11 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. Tickets are available at the entranceway at Place de la Bastille.
Take the Paris metro lines 1,5 or 8 to Bastille or Quai de la Rapee, or bus lines 76, 86 and 91. Parking is available at the Opera Bastille. The next Antiquites Brocante at Bastille will be in May 2009.

Hope everything is going to plan. Thinking of you and your deadlines.

Last night I was hit by nostalgia for Paris, and I though what if I just flew over for a few days, even if that would cripple my budget for the next year... but now I see it would be too late for the brocante. [Excuses, excuses] xoxo

Boy, do I ever wish I had a book or two from your gorgeous picture. I hope you were busy doing something wonderful.
