every time i see more of your recent photographs i get heart palpitations! in the midst of a world seeming to be on the brink of something...(hopefully something good) you post one of these photo montages and i swoon with the love of my camera all over again! BTW..the new header is fabulous! i anxiously await a post that includes photographs using that new lens... you can find a magical world in the viewfinder once you move in for a close-up of a close-up :) it is like traveling to a new land and it feels so peaceful and private to me.

Look at how up to date the church is! Electric candles. It was only a matter of time. Love all the chandeliers!

Can you imagine cleaning that last one... Beautiful, sparkly illuminations, Tara. I even took down all my curtains cause of the dust. I'm allergic to it; asthmatic. But those lights are so scrumptiously pretty.

Isn't Barcelona wonderful?
I just spent 5 days there, and was wowed. (Except by the scam artist who did the faux-pigeon-poop on the coat trick near Sagrada de Familia. We survived unscathed and un-pickpocketed, but the nice ladies in the aparment building told us to beware in the neighborhood.)
Barcelona is so Parisian in some ways and yet so quintessentially Catelan. The best of all worlds. Thanks for the beautiful post!

I love chandeliers! If I were wealthy I'd have them in every room of my house.(Sadly, I'm serious about that.) Thanks for the lovely photos.
