It is hoped it's a harbinger of races to come: Sen. Obama has won the tiny hamlet of Dixville Notch, New Hampshire 15-6. It's the first time since 1968 the community has voted for a Democrat.
Even as we vote for change, the Bush administration continues wreaking havoc with our democracy. Let's make history today and take back our country. YES WE CAN!

It seems so strange that a small town like Lynchburg, Virginia, should have problems. I hope all can be resolved and everybody vote on time.
Did you know that in Austria more than 90% of eligible voters cast their vote during elections? I remember reading about "low voter turnout", while it was actually in the high eighties! I can't wait to find out how high voter turnout is going to be today in the USA.

Tara,
Well the day you've been prepping us for is finally here. I can't wait until all the votes are tabulated. It is so exciting.
I'm glued to the T.V.
There seems to be only minor problems so far.
Let's hope all goes well and problems with voting kept to a minimum.
I wish Obama the best of luck to win this by a landslide. Then I wish him all the strength he'll need over the next four years to try to undo all the damage that the Bush administration has caused.
Go-Obama!!
xoxo

GO OBAMA!!!! GO PENNSYLVANIA. Please don't let me regret that I was born in this state.

I watched that bit about Dixville Notch at 12:15am on CNN last night. I screamed so loud-I woke Chris up who was sleeping soundly in the next room!!
If that, coupled with the sign that his grandmother, who knew in her heart he would be the next President, left this earth one day before the election, isn't a sign of hope- I don't know what is!!!
I think we are off to a great start!!!
Get out and vote!!!
Let's Do This!!!!
