Helen, I know what you mean about the parroting. When did people stop thinking for themselves? I blame reality television and the fact that too many people have stopped reading. So disappointing. And you're right about your last statement.

Peace is not getting much of a chance. There is not even much awareness in my own immediate realm. When I try discuss it, I hear parroting from faux news. Discouraging.
I can hear John Lennon singing the song in my head.
It reminds of the days of the Bed-in with John and Yoko.
The more things change, the more they stay the same.

absolutely Tara....I heard a big "manif" against violence in Gaza is to take place this afternoon Place de la République and i thought "ah..perhaps Tara will be there!"
