Di, I had the same message about the wrong date when I first uploaded a photo. I think it may have been an issue with their server, due to the different time zones participating. Try again and hopefully the photos will go through.

What a fabulous idea Earth Mosaic 2009 is. I rushed out as it's a beautiful morning, took a picture and uploaded it and it keeps telling me I didn't take it today. The date is correct on my camera - don't understand :(
You and David must get yourself over here when you have some time, it's looking fabulous. You will feel quite at home as loads of the stuff here was yours :)
