It makes me sick; I sit daily and hear things like "Oh, President Obama scares me" and I become apoplectic with rage and disbelief. My retort is usually something like "Oh, so Bush was there for 8 years f...ing this whole thing up and you think P. Obama can come in and change that dirty diaper in a few months??? WTF is that about?" Sorry for the expletives but I get so mad I could just spit!
I hear this comment, from americans, very often these days: "Why does the GOP hate America?" I don't blame them for feeling that way. Personally, I think they don't know what to do with an intelligent, educated man at the helm. It confuses them and they descend into a very childish, petulant zone.
Tara,
It certainly makes you wonder if the GOP even believes in Democracy. It seems as though they were going down a twisty road before, and now they seem more frightening then ever.
How pathetic is it that the leader of the GOP is Rush Limbaugh? And they actually chose Palin for VP? And now, Cheney, who we didn't hear from for 8 yrs unless he shot someone, won't shut up. And Aaron Schock voting against equal pay for women. If they ever get elected into office again, we are all in serious trouble. There is something wrong deep within that party.... what is it???
It's going to take time. I still have hope.

lol @ MAWB's "And now, Cheney, who we didn't hear from for 8 yrs unless he shot someone, won't shut up."
I thought that the minute I saw him on the video.
And I'm Canadian! We didn't hear Boo from him the whole time. Wasn't he golfing or somthing? :)
When you elect someone you stand behind them, for the common good...don't you?
