Paris Parfait brings me more joy than I like to admit. The photos and views shared by you, Tara, let me escape and allows you to share world wide vistas. Somehow the photos are what I would want to bring home and the words always give me pause. I have smiled as you shared your daughter's graduation, and then her marriage. I don't feel too bad about not being able to travel like I wish I could as long as you keep blogging!

I read your blog because your posts always challenge my preconceived ideas about a place, event, or people. Your images accompanied by written text always make me see a different side to something or someone.

Happy 4th Blogiversary.

That is a lot of posts! I just celebrated 400 post and thought that was a lot. First, I visited Paris Parfait because I loved your political thoughts and it encouraged me to think more deeply. Then I loved your photography and they also opened my eyes to more in the world to see. Finally, I read Paris Parfait because of you. You are a very special lady and I love visiting you with each post. Thanks for being you.

I read because you write well, you have interesting things to say, we have a similar view of the world, you take spectacular photos, & I like looking at Paris through your view - which is not all fluff & macarons (not that that is bad) but substance.
