i think i've seen her too - up in st christopher's place. at least i think it was her... did she have some musicians with her?
anyway, the lady i saw definitely looked as though she was having fun regardless

Looks as though she pulled leg warmers down over her shoes. I wonder if she bruised her legs using a hula hoop? (Enlarging the photo, one can see many bruises.) Hula Hoops have made a small comeback in New England--in exercize classes! I remember them from childhood--fun!
