Yes, it is a great quote and love the picture. As a Quaker, we are taught to sit in silence. Last week we went to a wedding that had both silence from the Quaker bride and cathedral music from the Episcopalian groom. It was interesting to see the difference.

Why only this evening we had a meditation session hosted by a wonderful gal at the spa. A small group of us gathered to learn new breathing techniques, and how to *still* our minds. Gently. We all loved it. Silence is indeed golden.
