Through the looking glass...extravagant Magnolia blooms fashioned of crystals, rhinestones, sequins, silk velvet and organza in an Amsterdam shop window.
Faux ponsettias rival the real thing in beauty.
“Begin doing what you want to do now...We have only this moment, sparkling like a star in our hand and melting like a snowflake...” - Francis Bacon.
Glittering words on another Amsterdam vitrine.

These glittery faux versions are much prettier to me than the real thing. I'm loving the photos of Nepal interspersed with European Christmas pics - it's never boring on your blog!

Ohhhh, how beautiful. I didn't think magnolias could be any more stunning than they are, but the glittery versions up top are heartbreaking. I say, too, shine on!

I have been absolutely craving silver glitter aesthetic, blame the season, I suppose. How wonderful that you've done this fantastic photo essay on just that! We could all use a little sparkle in our lives, no?
