Polka dots and graffiti, Delft, Holland.
After weeks of packing boxes - and broken nails and box cuts and paper cuts to prove it - our moving day begins at 8 a.m. tomorrow. Hard to believe this is twice within a year we've moved household! Thankfully, this should be the last move for a very long time.
David and I will be staying in a hotel before our belongings are actually delivered to the new house. In the interim, there are appointments, including a meeting at the notaire to formally receive the keys; a second meeting with the painter and at least a dozen errands. On Monday I'll be off to Paris for meetings, then back to Amsterdam later that night to continue unpacking. I'll have limited internet access for a while, but will blog when I can.
Here's hoping this move goes much more smoothly than the chaotic one from Paris!
