I remember that day as clear as a bell. Trying to make me miss our laughs....? Bumping all over the country in a van with you fun people!!!

How beautiful, like a painting for sure. I have never seen yogurt like that, it must be a form of cheese. Lovely!

Hi Jo - Yes, life in Egypt is very different than in Jordan. The next photo safari to Jordan is Nov. 7th - 15th, 2012 (details in sidebar).

I was fortunate to live and work in Amman and Ma'an Jordan for a few months and loved it. Tried the Mansaf as well which has a very unique taste. I was amazed at how easy life is there compared to Egypt where I currently live. Really hope to be able to go back some day. When will you be doing another photography workshop in Jordan?

yes! they do have a Vermeer quality about them ... beautiful images Tara :)
