Spiderweb on a garden gate, the Netherlands. Click photos to enlarge.
Hail and farewell, November! Most of the month I've been immersed in the lengthy legal and bureaucratic process required to buy a house in the Netherlands. It's not easy, particularly in a language David and I don't speak. It is hoped the rewards will be worth all the angst!
Meet me back here beginning December 1st for photos and posts of holiday cheer, news and views! Meanwhile, before you head for the hair salon, read this cautionary tale about hair colour. Like everything else these days, we must check the ingredients!
My camera and I had a sunset meeting with these lovely creatures:
The boss.
The young buck, nibbling on grass and leaves.
Bambi. (Yes, that's what they call her at the deer park).
Her calm sibling.
Gulls in the background are trying to steal the deers' food.
"What, those annoying gulls again??!!"
Lovely pictures! The young buck is smiling for your camera.

Love the photos of Bambi and the family. I so enjoy how you can see beauty in all things, even a spider's web, and capture it with your camera to share with us.

Cute deer and bambi. Love the blue and spider web in the first picture. Good luck with buying the house. Even in English it sometimes can get tricky.
